To participate, please download out, fill out, and return this form (or one will be in your mailbox soon) and include a brief description of the items you’ll be selling (for a shoppers map) and $5 cash or payable to Moorings Village. This fee is used to buy advertising, balloons, yard signs, etc. Return to 9235 Moorings Blvd. You must pay to be included on the map. Thanks!
