There’s a slight change to the procedure for Moorings Residents who have misplaced or never received a Key Fob for the pool. Please click here to contact Kari Guymon and arrange for the details. With a $15 payment to her, she can provide you with another Key Fob for you to enjoy the pool!

Tennis Court Repairs!
Hello ~ This morning, Rick’s Tennis Courts has begun repair of the surface on our tennis courts. As a result, the courts are off limits until Friday morning. Rick’s apologized for the delay. They had tried to get to this earlier in the season but were delayed by rain. The good news is that it will be completed this weekend and look great!

Pool’s Open
The Moorings Pool Season is officially underway, as of today, May 26th. The water’s a very refreshing 84 degrees, so please enjoy!
Key Fobs
Key Fobs should work with fully paid Homeowners Association Dues. Should you run into a problem, please click over to the Directory page and send an email to Curt & Carolyn Gauen. The cost for replacing lost key fobs is $15.
On a side note…
Let’s all please be vigilant for vandalism. Unfortunately, we’ve already endured broken beer bottles on the Tennis Courts. This is not only unfortunate, but dangerous. Please contact our Moorings Security immediately should you see anything suspicious! They can be reached 24 hrs a day at (317) 432-3835.
Should you see anything out of the ordinary in either the Tennis Court area or the Pool Area that needs to be fixed, cleaned, etc., please contact Curt & Carolyn Gauen! Thank you!

Pool Chair Strapping Work Party
It’s not your typical party, but rather a ‘chip in’ and lend a hand type of party to help improve the overall appearance of our Pool Furniture.
What: You’ll be helping restrap the white vinyl straps on our pool chairs and chaises. It’s a straightforward process that will significantly improve the appearance of our furnture.
When: 1-4p, this Sunday, May 16th
Where: The Moorings Pool Area
We need your muscles and we’ll serve you pizza. You’ll be given a short class including a demonstration on how we heat these straps in hot water and stretch them across the frame of the chair. As the straps cool, you’ll almost immediately be able to enjoy your good work!
Bring a set of tongs if you have a set. These straps can be pretty hot when we pull them from the water. We have the rest of the materials at the pool for you.
Please show up and lend us a hand. My 14 & 17 year old sons have done a few. It’s not that difficult. PLUS, by coming, you’ll be able to get an early tour of the repainted and updated Cabana building!

Pool Springs to Life
If you walk by the pool, you’ll begin to see signs of life, but we’re still a while from opening. The activity you’re seeing is related to repairs that need to be made to the bottom of the pool. Those repairs are expected to be completed on time. The current plan is to open as usual on Memorial Day weekend, Friday, May 28th!
